I had really really really bad experience with pentagon group Vauxhall in Oldham. I had no power on my car so thought it’s better to take it to a dealer than a local garage. So I took my Vauxhall Astra, and asked them to check what’s up with it. They told me it will cost 98 to perform diagnostics. So I said ok and they rang me after one day saying they couldn’t figure out the problem so they need to perform major investigation which will cost another 300 on top just to figure out the problem. I was thinking and said ok if U can figure out the problem you can go ahead. After two and a half days they phone me saying they still couldn’t find the problem and they wanted to check the engine fully which will Cost me another 900. It’s a joke. So I said I want my car back and paid them 398 for nothing. It’s full of a scam. Don’t even go there. The administrator who dealt with me couldn’t help me at all she is called CAROL. really unhappy and never go back there again.
